With your permission, we collect your device's location to power the Store Finder feature and show you the nearest Espresso Lab locations. You may disable location access at any time via your device settings. Disabling location will limit the Store Finder functionality but will not affect other app features.

• Operate and display the LAB CUP LOYALTY rewards dashboard
• Credit LabCoins earned through QR-code mobile payments
• Send order confirmations, status updates, and promotional notifications
• Personalize your experience and recommend relevant products
• Power the Store Finder and provide directions to nearby locations
• Respond to customer support requests
• Analyze usage trends to improve app performance and features
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4 Children's Privacy

If your region requires a higher age threshold for data consent (e.g., 16 in some EU member states), we comply with those requirements.

5 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only with:

• Service providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics providers, and push notification services under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Store operations: Branch-level staff who fulfill your orders and manage loyalty redemptions.

After deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, after which it is permanently removed.

🗑 Delete Your Account

You have the right to permanently delete your Espresso Lab account and all associated personal data at any time. Once deleted, your account, order history, loyalty points (LabCoins), and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

After your account is deleted, we may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes, as outlined in Section 6. This data cannot be linked back to you personally.

9 Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., mapping services for Store Finder, payment gateways). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.

10 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
